Our Story

At the onset of the Global Financial Crisis in 2008, a group of investment bankers embarked on an audacious venture believing that in every crisis there are opportunities and in every cloud there is a silver lining. With courage, we co-founded a full fledged securities joint stock company in Vietnam and then a boutique financial advisory outfit in Malaysia.

Our people has extensive experience in the financial and corporate world, having been battle-tested during Asian Financial Crisis, DotCom Bubble, SARS Outbreak, Global Financial Crisis and now Covid-19 Pandemic. We have emerged from each crisis stronger and more ready to tackle the issues likely confounding our customers.

For over a decade, we have assisted our customers in strategising, restructuring and re-positioning their business through our Business Advisory Services, in planning and executing their IPO, in raising capital needed for expansion and in mergers and acquisitions.
